Made from over ripe grapes, hand picked late in the season; this desert wine has lower alcohol and natural sweetness. It's fruity aroma with flavor hints of pear and honeysuckle pairs well, after a meal, with vanilla custard, pear tarts and apple/cinnamon pie. It can be served chilled or at room temperature. Drink now or age 5-10 years, the color will deepen and the flavors will intensify.
